A wide range of craftwork and cards are available for purchase at Lip na Cloiche. The inspiration and material used for these attractive items are provided by the stunning land and seascapes of Loch Tuath. Lucy beachcombs extensively in winter, collecting driftwood, shells, rope, china fragments and other items from which she makes mirrors, nightlight holders, mobiles and other original and decorative items. The driftwood used to make the charming boat sculptures shown below was found on walks to nearby beaches.
The Victorian pottery and china, used in the mosaic objects, was also collected locally. The delicately-pressed collages are made from wild flowers and herbs from the garden, presented in a variety of frames sourced from Scotland and Italy.
